Premier Zhu's contribution to cementing the strategic partnership between our two countries will always be remembered, ' President Zardari stated.Meanwhile PM Shehbaz Sharif in a separate statement said that he was deeply saddened by the passing of former Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji, a great leader and a good friend of Pakistan.PM Shehbaz Sharif said 'On behalf of the Government and people of Pakistan, I extend heartfelt condolences to President Xi Jinping, Prem ier Li Qiang, the Chinese people and the bereaved family. Pakistan shares the grief of our iron brother China at this sad hour'.Meanwhile Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar has said that he was deeply saddened by the passing of former Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji, who was a great statesman, a visionary reformer, and a steadfast friend of Pakistan.Ishaq Dar said that at this moment of profound sorrow, Pakistan stands in solidarity with the leadership and people of China. 'We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Chinese leadership and the bereaved family and pray for strength and solace for all those mourning this great loss' Ishaq Dar concluded.
