Islamabad: Islamabad District and Sessions Court has declared Ahmad Noorani, Jamil Farooqui and Seemabia Tahir proclaimed offender in the cases registered against them for launching propaganda against Pakistan army on social media.

Judicial magistrate Muhammad Abbas Shah issued these orders .

The written order said the three persons have not appeared in the court despite issuance of their summons several time.

The court while declaring them proclaimed offenders have issued their perennial warrants.

According to court’s record NCCIA had registered cases against them in July and August 2025. The complete challan of the cases have also been presented in the court. Cases against the three accused are pending hearing separately.

Following the court’s decision the proceedings of the cases will be moved ahead under legal requirements of the proclaimed offenders.
