The court inquired what is difference between PTI founder Imran Khan and other bailed out accused persons.
The state counsel said Sheikh Imtiaz Mehmood was granted bail before arrest on August 6, 2024 in Jinnah House case while the bail of Zain Qureshi was dismissed. PTI founder was chairman and in commanding position at that time.
The state counsel further told the court murder related clauses are included in Askari Tower siege and arson case and no accused has been granted bail.
