Islamabad: Appeal pleas of PTI founder against his conviction in Toshakhana case has been fixed for hearing.The hearing of appeals will take place on October 29.The petition seeking early fixation of appeals against conviction of Imran Khan came up for hearing in IHC Thursday.A division bench of IHC comprising Chief Justice (CJ) Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the case.The court accepted the petition for fixing the appeal pleas for early hearing.The court directed to fix the appeal pleas for hearing on October 29.PTI founder had filed appeal plea in IHC against decision of district court in Toshakhana case.
