Lahore: A division bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) comprising Justice Farooq Haider and Justice Ali Zia Bajwa has sought reply from interior ministry and home secretary Punjab till September 12 on the petition filed by PTI founder in connection with provision of details of the cases.The court ordered all the respondents should provide their replies to the counsel of the petitioner . If court's orders are not implemented then law will take its course.Counsel Khurram Khosa took the plea new case is registered when court grants bail or discharges PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.Police told the court 45 cases are registered against PTI founder.Counsel for NAB said three investigations are pending in NAB.Counsel for anti corruption told only one investigation is pending against PTI founder in anti corruption.
