Islamabad: Ikhtiar Wali Khan coordinator to Prime Minister (PM) on information KP has alleged Proscribed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and PTI are two sides of one coin.
Proofs of complicity between TTP and PTI are there while these two organizations are two sides of one coin, he said this in a statement here Saturday.
He claimed PTI has made TTP its military wing and TTP has made PTI its political wing. The links between PTI and terrorists organizations cannot be overlooked.
He said that a youth who was seen with KP Chief Minister (CM) Sohail Afridi a day before in a video belongs to a proscribed organization. Such elements are involved in attacks on mosques and people and targeting the women and children in violence.
He charged PTI with funding, sponsoring and facilitating the terrorist organizations.
The pictures of Zakir Ullah are with several MNAs and MPAs of PTI are there. The evidence of participation of external elements in the Marches, public meetings and dharnas of PTI are available. The main reason for taking safety measures du ring PTI protest in Islamabad was the threat of terrorists elements.
Serious questions are rising in regard to the incumbent government in KP he said alleging the government in the province is working as representative of proscribed organizations. He demanded of the PTI leaders to clarify their position about their awareness or otherwise of these activities and incidents.
He demanded Junaid Akbar for clarifying his stance on the ongoing activities and matters in KP saying PT I leaders should tell they stand where with reference to the activities and incidents of the terrorism and they reject the alleged evidence on what basis.
He questioned what is justification of mounting Islamabad and May 9 like incidents in the guise of " Ishq-e-Bani. In this guise the October and November 26 incidents were repeated.
He said matter has gone beyond social media and tik tok. This cannot be allowed to continue in Pakistan further. He urged all political parties and stake holders to clarify their position.
