Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) while issuing notice to government and others on the miscellaneous petition against imposition of section 144 in Punjab has sought reply.Justice Shakil Ahmad of LHC took up for hearing the petition filed by citizen Najiullah Friday.The petitioner took the plea PTI announced to hold public meeting in Islamabad and government imposed section 144 illegally. Due to imposition of section 144 the basic rights of the citizens are being affected.He prayed the court to nullify notification regarding imposition of section 144.
