Islamabad: Registrar Sindh High Court (SHC) has filed reply in Supreme Court (SC) in judges transfer case. It was said in the reply filed in SC that letter from law secretary regarding transfer of Justice Khadim Soomro was received. Letter of law secretary was presented to chief justice SHC. Law secretary was informed about the approval of Chief Justice SHC . Law secretary issued notification of transfer after the consent of Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro. Registrar SHC filed relevant documents along with reply which includes correspondence regarding transfer and notifications.
