Lahore: Act of registering 52 cases against 12 years old boy in one police station has been challenged in Lahore High Court.The case was fixed for hearing as objection in the court of justice Shahbaz Ali Rizvi.The accused Muzammal Hussain filed petition through his father Liaqat Ali.Petitioner took the plea that Allah Abad Kasur police arrested Muzammal Hussain in unknown case. He was forced to confess offences of stealing vehicles and motorcycles by subjecting him to torture. 52 cases were registered against the accused in one police station of Allah Abad district Kasur. He has been nominated in remaining cases after arresting him in one unknown case after forcing him to make confession in this case.The petitioner requested the court to conduct inquiry of the matter at high level besides ordering to free him.
