Islamabad: Division bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) hearing the case on restraining Justice Tariq Jahangiri from judicial work has been changed.

Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro has been included in the bench with Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Sarfraz Dogar.

The judges duty roster of IHC for next week has been issued following this change.

It is pertinent to mention here earlier case was heard by justice Azam Khan along with CJ IHC Sarfraz Dogar.

This case against Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri was fixed on October 21. But this hearing has been cancelled due to non availability of bench. This development has been updated on website of IHC.

Supreme Court (SC) had restored Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.

The SC has ordered IHC to first hold hearing in respect of objections of registrar office.
