Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has adjourned after Eid hearing of appeals regarding revocation of bail of accused in May 9 incident without proceedings.

A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi took up the appeal pleas for hearing Wednesday.

Counsel Zulfiqar Naqvi appeared in the court on behalf of Punjab government taking the plea he wants to file more documents in all cases.

The court accepted Punjab government plea for adjournment of the case.

On the request of Punjab government court has already issued order for fixing those appeals for hearing after Eid which were fixed during this week and next week.

The court adjourned the hearing of appeals after Eid without proceedings.
