Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has fixed February 3 for indictment of PTI MNAs in Sangjani public meeting case.

Sangjani public meeting case against PTI MNAs came up for hearing before Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC Tuesday.

PTI MNAs Amir Dogar and Maulana Nasim Ali Shah appeared in the court.

Kafayat Ullah Wazir advocate appeared on behalf of Maulana Nasim Ali Shah in the court.

Kafayat Ullah Wazir advocate argued court should adjourn the case due to absence of several accused persons. Copy of challan has been received. Court should fix new date for indictment.

The court fixed February 3 for indictment.

The arguments could not take place on acquittal plea of Amir Dogar.
