Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has constituted new full bench to hear PTI founder May 9 related appeal pleas.

Now three members bench instead of two members bench will hear the case.

Bench for hearing the Imran Khan appeal pleas against decision of Lahore High Court has been changed.

New bench has been constituted to hear bail pleas on August 12.

Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi will preside over 3-member bench. The other members of bench are Justice Shafi Siddiqui and Justice Miangul hassan Aurangzeb.

The SC had postponed the hearing till August 12 on seeking adjournment by Suleman Safdar counsel for Imran Khan.
