SC constitutional bench dismisses appeal plea against registrar office objections on petition related to superior court judges speeches in parliament

Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench has dismissed the appeal plea against registrar office objections on the petition pertaining to superior court judges speeches in parliament.The appeal plea was dismissed being not persuaded.The court also maintained the registrar office objections.A 7-member SC constitutional bench presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan took up for hearing appeal plea filed by petitioner Muhammad Akhtar Naqvi Tuesday.The petitioner did not appear in the court and most of his petitions are being dismissed being not contested.The petitioner had filed constitutional petition against speeches by judges of superior court in parliament and other matters.SC registrar had raised objections over it.The petitioner had later filed appeal plea against the registrar office objections which was dismissed on Tuesday.
