SC constitutional bench dismisses petition seeking sacking of government employees

Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) Constitutional bench has dismissed the petition seeking sacking of government employees declaring it non maintainable.A 7-member SC constitutional bench presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan took up for hearing the petition seeking dismissal of government employees from service.Justice Ayesha Malik remarked you have made request in your petition all the government employees do not work and they should be sacked. Why you had not resorted to respective institutions.The petitioner said no one hears him therefore, he has come to SC .Justice Ayesha Malik remarked it does not mean that one should reach SC by taking every thing.Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar remarked you did not identify any government officer. You did not write name of any one.Justice Jamal Mandokhail remarked what your work has not been done. Tell the court. What is its meaning we should remove all including president, prime minister and parliamentarians.The petitioner said system has be en ruined. No one wants to hear the truth.The court dismissed the petition declaring it non maintainable.
