ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) while declaring the petition regarding medical colleges fee non maintainable has directed the petitioner to resort to the relevant quarter.Justice Mansoor Ali Shah remarked " go to regulatory. What is job of SC to see fees of medical colleges. Have you gone there while regulatory is established. Can we constitute commission over it.A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah took up petition of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutta advocate for hearing on Wednesday.During the hearing of the case Justice Mansoor Ali Shah questioned what law applies on the fees of medical colleges. SC can not hear the case this way.Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar questioned from the petitioner has he contacted Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) with reference to fee.The petitioner replied he has written letter to President and Prime Minister with reference to medical colleges fee.Justice Mansoor Ali Shah questioned talk to them. Who does regulatory of fee.The petitioner replied P akistan Medical Dental act was enacted after SC decision. SC decision was taken for wrong.Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said if it is your personal matter then you should resort to regulatory.The court dismissed the petition declaring it non maintainable.
