ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) while declaring stone crushing near populated area a threat to human life has made it clear that we are giving 24 hours time that all the respondents including KP government should file their replies otherwise court will announce its decision.Justice Mansoor Ali Shah remarked during the hearing of the case that power stone crusher near populated areas are threat to human life. These power stone crushers be shifted to some other location. The issue of stone crushing in KP is very serious issue.A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah heard the case against stone crushing plants.The counsel for power crushers Aitzaz Ahsan took the plea we should be given time to review commission report. It is requested that the case be fixed after Muharram.Justice Mansoor Ali Shah remarked if it is matter of Muharram then the case should be decided soon.Justice Mansoor Ali Shah remarked we don't want to close industry. But issue of human life is very importa nt.SC while giving time to additional advocate general KP and counsel for stone crushers till today (Thursday) got written the order if counsel for stone crushers did not come then we will give decision on commission report.
