Islamabad: On 06 December 2025, security forces conducted an intelligence based operation in Kalat District of Balochistan, on reported presence of terrorists belonging to Indian proxy.

According to the statement issued by the ISPR, during the conduct of operation, own forces effectively engaged the terrorists' location, and after an intense fire exchange, 12 Indian sponsored terrorists were killed.

Weapons, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the terrorists, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area.

Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored terrorist found in the area as relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision 'Azm e Istehkam' (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.

Meanwhile Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has paid tribute to security forces for successful operation in Kalat district killing 12 terrorists.

In his message, the Prime Minister said security forces are achieving great successes against terrorism under the vision of Azm-e-Istehkam.

He said the entire nation stands with the Pakistani armed forces in this war against terrorism. He said the nation is united against terrorism and is determined to completely eradicate all forms of this menace from the country.
