Security forces kill 15 terrorists in two separate engagements in KP Province: ISPR

Islamabad: Security forces on 15-16 November 2025, killed 15 terrorists belonging to Indian Proxy in two separate engagements in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

According to the statement issued by the ISPR, on reported presence of terrorists, an intelligence based operation was conducted by the Security Forces in general area Kulachi, Dera Ismail Khan District. During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged the terrorists location, resultantly 10 terrorists including terrorist ring leader Alam Mehsud were sent to hell.

In another intelligence based operation conducted in general area Datta Khel, North Waziristan District, own troops successfully neutralized five more terrorists.

Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored terrorist found in the area as relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision 'Azm e Istehkam' (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.

Meanwhile President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have commended security forces for their successful operations against terrorists in Dera Ismail Khan and North Waziristan.

In a statement, the President said complete elimination of foreign-backed terrorists from homeland will continue with national consensus.

He said the killing of terrorists, including the terrorist ring leader Alam Mehsud, who were supported by Indian forces, is a result of the successful strategy of security forces.

The President reaffirmed that the national consensus against foreign-sponsored terrorism would continue without pause. He said the ongoing counterterrorism campaign under 'Azm-e-Istehkam' represented a shared national effort to secure lasting peace.

President Zardari made it clear that no political move or attempt to create distraction at any level would be tolerated if it risked undermining the unity required to confront extremism and terrorism.

He saluted the courage and commitment of the Security Forces and law enforcement agencies and said that with the grace of Allah the country would soon be free from the threat posed by external militants.

The Prime Minister, in a statement, said the security forces are achieving significant victories in the fight against terrorism under vision Azm-e-Istehkam.

He said the entire nation stands with armed forces in the war against terrorism.

He reaffirmed Pakistan's determination to completely eliminate all forms of terrorism from the country.

Meanwhile Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has praised the security forces for their successful operations against terrorist in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi commended the professional capabilities of the security forces for eliminating 15 Indian-sponsored terrorists. He stated that he pays tribute to the security forces for bringing these 15 Indian-backed terrorists to a decisive end.

'The brave security forces have once again foiled the nefarious designs of Indian-sponsored terrorists,' he added.

Mohsin Naqvi further said that the nation highly values the operations of the security forces in maintaining peace in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and emphasized that the operations will continue until terrorists are completely eradicated.
