Security forces kill 30 terrorists in five separate engagements in four districts of KP

Islamabad: Security forces have killed 30 terrorists belonging to Indian Proxy in five separate engagements in four districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to the statement issued by the ISPR, a targeted operation was conducted by security forces on reported presence of terrorists in Kurram district. During the conduct of operation, the troops effectively engaged the terrorist location and after an intense fire exchange 12 terrorists were killed.

In another intelligence based operation in the same general area of Kurram district, 11 more terrorists were successfully neutralized by the security forces.

Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored terrorist found in the area as relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision "Azm e Istehkam" (approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) continues at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.

Meanwhile in a separate statement ISPR said on 18-19 November 2025, seven terrorists belonging to Indian Proxy were killed in three separate engagements in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

On reported presence of terrorists, an intelligence based operation was conducted by the Security Forces in Mohmand District. During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged the terrorist location and after an intense fire exchange, four terrorists were killed.

Another intelligence based operation was conducted in Lakki Marwat District. In ensuing fire exchange, two terrorists were effectively neutralized by the security forces.

In third encounter that took place in Tank District, own troops successfully neutralized one more terrorist.

Meanwhile President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have paid tribute to security forces for successful operations against Indian proxy in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In their separate statements, they applauded the professionalism of security forces in conducting the operations and killing 30 terrorists.

The President and Prime Minister said the entire nation stands resolute alongside the security forces in the fight against terrorism which will continue till the complete elimination of the menace.
