dera ismail khan: Security forces have killed four terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan.According to security sources, the operation was conducted under the vision of Azm-e-Istehkam after security forces closely monitored the movement of terrorists in the area and successfully targeted them.
