Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has reserved judgment after completing hearing of appeals regarding cancellation of bail of 9 accused persons in Sidra Arab murder case of police station Pir Wadhai.

The arguments of lawyers of the respondents were completed on Monday and the court reserved the judgment.

The decision on appeals will be announced on November 3.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 5.

Police while resorting to court for cancellation of bail of the accused had taken the plea that terrorism clauses are included in the case, therefore, bail of the accused be cancelled.

It is pertinent to mention here 26 persons including a local leader of PML-N, father, brother, uncle and members of family of the deceased are nominated in the case.
