ISLAMABAD: Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini has extended cordial felicitations to General Syed Asim Munir as Chief of Army Staff and General Sahir Shamshad Mirza as Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC).

In a statement issued on twitter on Sunday, Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini also appreciated significant contribution made by General Nadeem Raza and General Qamar Javed Bajwa in promotion of ties between the two countries.

“We extend cordial felicitations on worthy appointments of CJCSC Gen Sahir Shamshad & COAS Gen Syed Asim Munir & wish them best of luck in the new assignments; also appreciate significant contribution made by Gen Nadeem Raza & Gen Qamar Bajwa in promotion of ties btw 2 countries” Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini tweeted on Sunday.
