Karachi: Notice has been issued by Sind High Court (SHC) to the respondents on the petition seeking removal of governor Sindh from his post.The petition came up for hearing in SHC.During the hearing of the case Justice Adnan ul Karim Memon inquired can court remove governor from his post.The counsel for the petitioner took the plea President of Pakistan has been made respondent in the petition and the court can issue directives to President.Justice Adnan ul Karim Memon inquired why governor Sindh should be removed.The counsel for the petitioner said governor office is neutral but governor Sindh is working for a political party. Governor is representative of federation and his attitude should remain impartial.The court while issuing notice to Advocate General Sindh, Attorney General of Pakistan and all respondents sought reply from them.Hearing of the case was adjourned till October 8.
