Karachi: Sindh High Court (SHC) has rejected the plea seeking registration of kidnapping of 7 years old girl case against her maternal grandmother and maternal grandfather.The petition regarding kidnapping of 7 years old girl came up for hearing before a 2 members bench of SHC presided over by Justice Naimat Ullah Phulpoto Thursday.The counsel for the petitioner took the plea maternal grandmother and maternal grandfather of girl have said that girl is with her mother in Dubai. The passport of girl is held by her father Waqar. Order be issued for registering case of kidnapping of girl against her maternal grandmother and maternal grandfather.Hoorain, 7 had gone missing from Korangi on July 7. Father of girl had accused that his father in law and mother in law had kidnapped the girl.Justice Naimat Ullah Phulpoto remarked FIA should present report regarding passport of girl Hoorain. Girl be recovered and report be presented.The court rejected the plea for registration of kidnapping of girl case a gainst her maternal grandfather and maternal grandmother.
