Islamabad: SHO has sought more time for filing report in the court on the petition seeking registration of case against Prime Minister (PM), interior minister and others.
Hearing took place in district and sessions court Islamabad Tuesday.
Additional and sessions judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka took up for hearing petition under 22-A for registration of case against PM, Interior minister and others.
The SHO sought more time to file report in the court.
The court while giving more time to SHO adjourned the hearing of the case till February 24.
It is pertinent to mention here son of the petitioner Gul Khan was allegedly murdered in D-Chowk on November 26.
The petitioner has made request for registration of case against PM, Interior minister and others.
