Rawalpindi: Bail plea of head of jirga Saifur Rehman Khan who had issued fatwa to kill Sidra Bibi 17 in murder in the name of honor case in the jurisdiction of Pir Wadhai police station has been rejected.

The court also rejected the bail plea of secretary grave yard Rashid Mehmood.

The court said PML-N leader Saif ur Rehman who is prime accused had ordered to murder. Issuing fatwa to murder is illegal, unconstitutional and an offence.

The court remarked the accused secretary grave yard tempered record related to burial Both of them prima facie are direct responsible accused for murder.

Additional District and session judge Farhat Jabeen announced the decision .

Pir Wadhai police registered case on July 21 and recovered dead body.

Challan against all the accused was presented in the court.

The court summoned all accused persons from Adiala jail for indictment.
