Islamabad: Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has recused from hearing the case pertaining to social media campaign against the judge Hummayun Dilawar.

Judge Hummayun Dilawar had announced judgment against PTI founder.

As per media reports the interim bail plea of Director Anti Corruption KP Siddique Anjam came up for hearing along with registrar office objections.

Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas recused from hearing the case.

He remarked he has already given decision of discharge of case in this matter. Therefore, he can not conduct further hearing.

Justice Inam Amin directed to send the file to Chief Justice (CJ) IHC for shifting the case to some other court.

The court has sent the file to CJ IHC for formation of new bench in connection with next hearing of the case.

It is pertinent to mention here Sessions court had earlier dismissed interim bail plea of Siddique Anjum and he later resorted to IHC.
