Islamabad: Counsel Suleman Safdar has filed miscellaneous petition in Islamabad High Court in 190 million pounds case.

The petition said no direction from PTI founder is there in appeals on pursuing the case.

Suleman Safdar said in miscellaneous petition that I will pursue the appeal. I have to get direction from PTI founder with reference to it.

Suleman Safdar prayed the court to adjourn hearing of 190 million pounds case.

It was requested in the petition that court should issue stern directions to Jail authorities for arranging meeting with PTI founder . Jail authorities are not arranging meeting of counsels with PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in connection with this case.

Suleman Safdar requested that power of attorney and instructions have to be obtained from PTI founder therefore, court should order jail authorities for arranging meeting.,. Court should adjourn the hearing of appeal pleas of May 7.
