MUZAFFARABAD : Hizbul Mujahideen Chief and United Jihad Council Chairman Syed Salahuddin Ahmed has expressed grief and sorrow on the death of right hand of Imam Syed Ali Shah Geelani and martyred Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, detained Hurriyat leader Raja Mairajuddin Kalwal’s mother. Syed Salahiddin said that passing away of Raja Mairajuddin Kalwal’s mother is painful but there is no option except showing patience.

While addressing the special meeting of the Hizb Command Council Syed Salahuddin said that Raja Mairajuddin Kalwal is present in notorious Tihar Jail from the last four years, adding that his mother passed away while waiting for his return to home. He said that Modi government having no respect for humanity is using every kind of suppressive tactic to weaken the freedom struggle but the history is witness that the suppression is eliminated along with the suppression.

Syed Salahuddin Ahmed while paying rich tribute to the steadfastness of Raja Mairajuddin Kalwal also paid rich tribute to the mother of the nation. The meeting prayed higher status in heaven for the departed soul and courage for the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.

The meeting also prayed higher status in heaven for the sister of Jammu and Kashmir Jamaat-e-Islami’s ill leader Ghulam Nabi Nowsheri, who passed away in Srinagar on Friday.
