Islamabad: Additional District and Sessions Court Islamabad has indicted accused Umar Hayat arrested in tik toker Sana Yusuf murder case.

The accused has pleaded not guilty by declaring the allegations baseless.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka inquired from the accused during hearing of the case has he murdered Sana Yusuf.

The accused Umar Hayat replied all the allegations leveled against him were false and he had committed no offence.

The court also told the accused he is charged with snatching mobile phone of Sana Yusuf. He refused to accept it.

The court adjourned further hearing of the case till September 25.

It is pertinent to mention here murder case is registered against the accused Umar Hayat in police station Sumbal.
