Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to Bushra Bibi on FIA plea for cancellation of her bail in Toshakhana-2 case and sought reply from her in next week.The FIA petition seeking cancellation of bail of Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-2 case came up for hearing in the court Thursday.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb took up FIA plea for hearing.FIA prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi appeared in the court.He argued Bushra Bibi is misusing the bail granted by IHC and she does not appear often in trial court hearings. Therefore, her bail be revoked.Later court issued notice to Bushra Bibi on FIA petition and sought reply from her besides adjourning the hearing till next week.On the other hand IHC has wrapped up the petition seeking details of the cases registered against Imran Khan.It is pertinent to mention here Noreen Niazi sister of Imran Khan had filed petition seeking details of cases registered against PTI founder.NAB and FIA filed reports of cases in IHC. The report regardi ng cases registered in KP, Sindh and Balochistan was also filed. Interior secretary filed report about cases registered in the provinces.The court wrapped up Noreen Niazi petition following filing of details of cases by NAB, FIA and interior secretary.
