Toba tek singh: As many as 4 persons have been killed and 4 others injured in firing on dera of Sardar Ayub Khan Gadhi MPA from Toba Tek Singh. Sardar Ayub Khan MPA has been shifted to hospital in critical condition. According to police the incident took place in Rajana as some unknown persons opened fire on dera when MPA Ayub Gadhi was present therein. On the other hand Police said Ayub Gadhi was injured in firing while his associates died on the spot.

Senior police officers and forensic teams have collected evidence from the venue. On the other hand IG Punjab police while taking notice of the incident has sought report from RPO Faisalabad besides ordering for immediate arrest of the accused persons. Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Maryam Nawaz while condemning attack on the dera of former provincial minister Ayub Khan Gadhi has sought report in regard to the incident.

Maryam Nawaz while expressing deep grief and sorrow over killing of 4 persons in the incident has ordered for immediate arrest of the accused persons. She condoled with the family members of victims and directed to provide the best medical treatment to the injured. She prayed for early recovery of Ayub Gadhi and other injured persons.
