Islamabad: Uzma Khan has challenged Islamabad High Court (IHC) decision on the matter of shifting of PTI founder to hospital and meeting with personal physicians in Supreme Court (SC).

The petitioner while making the respective authorities respondents has taken the plea IHC did not keep in view the facts in its decision. IHC ordered to constitute medical board instead of providing treatment facilities. High court order was not purposeful.

High Court did not keep in view non implementation of its previous orders prior to this order.

The petitioner is not respondent in high court but she is affected respondent.

The petitioner requested the court to declare null and void IHC order and issue order for shifting Imran Khan to hospital. Orders be also issued for meeting his personal physicians with Imran Khan.
