Rawalpindi: Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Emir Engineer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has warned the government against any attempt to recognize Israel or become part of the Abraham Accords, calling such moves a betrayal of the people's trust and a violation of Pakistan's ideological foundations. 'The rulers should not even dream of recognizing Israel or joining the Abraham Accords. They may be willing to submit to Trump's dictates, but the people of Pakistan are not slaves - they stand firmly with the people of Palestine.'Addressing a ceremony organized by Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan in connection with the Bano Qabil IT training program, Rehman urged both Pakistan and Afghanistan to resolve their disputes through dialogue, emphasizing that 'war serves neither nation's interest.'Criticizing Defense Minister Khawaja Asif's recent statements, he said,'Threatening the Taliban government does not suit any responsible official.' He urged Kabul to give assurances that Afghan soil would not be used for terrorism inside P akistan. 'If they refuse, it will appear they are playing into India's hands - the common enemy of both countries,' he warned.Hafiz Naeemur Rehman welcomed reports of renewed dialogue between Islamabad and Kabul, calling it a positive development. He further urged the Pakistani government to focus its full attention on the freedom of Kashmir.Congratulating the Alkhidmat and JI teams for the successful event, Hafiz Naeemur Rehman invited the people of Rawalpindi to attend JI's upcoming three-day Ijtema (public gathering) at Minar-e-Pakistan in November, saying it will change the course of national politics and serve as a prelude to a peaceful revolution. 'Political parties and leaders in Pakistan are built on falsehoods. The rulers have betrayed the youth by breaking their promises. The people must reject personality cults and join JI struggle against the exploitative and elitist system,' he said.Hafiz Naeemur Rehman reiterated JI's rejection of the class-based educational system, stating that quality ed ucation is not charity but a state responsibility. 'The children of farmers, laborers, and the poor deserve the same opportunities as the elite,' he said.The JI leader praised the Bano Qabil initiative for lighting the lamps of hope among youth.
