Islamabad: MQM leader and federal minister Mustafa Kamal while demanding once again for taking Karachi by federation under its control has said we cannot be overawed by withdrawing security from us.

Talking to private TV channel he said important city like Karachi should not be under the control of incompetent government like Sindh government. Karachi be made part of federation forthwith. Federation can control Karachi through a notification. Federation should take Karachi under its control under article 148.

He said Gul Plaza tragedy occurred. People were martyred. Due to negligence in connection with Gul Plaza we said it is tyrannical. If this attitude has been shown on saying cruelty a cruelty then I again say Karachi be got freed from their grip. MQM stance was ratified due to this step by Sindh government.

To a question on withdrawing security from MQM leaders he said security has been withdrawn from me too. It makes no difference to us if security is with us or otherwise. They think they will frighten us by withdrawing security. They have no right to remain rulers of Karachi. Sindh government cannot suppress our voice by taking such steps.

He underlined Jaye Sindh walas raise the slogan of breaking Pakistan while standing on highway. Sindh government provides them security. They are ruining Pakistan due to their steps and moves.

He indicated letter has been written to federal government and we are talking about this matter in cabinet meeting too. The entire federal government and state is hearing our stance. World goes to moon and our children are falling in gutter.

I am not making any un-democratic and unconstitutional talk. We will talk to PPP that they are doing enmity with themselves by treating us this way.
