Islamabad: Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif has said there is congenial atmosphere for investment in Pakistan and we invite foreign investors to launch joint projects in mineral and mines sectors.

"We have to move towards innovation, research and development, he said this while addressing the Health, Engineering and Minerals Show in Lahore Saturday.

PM invited the friendly countries to invest in Pakistan's mines and minerals, Information Technology and agriculture sectors.

60 percent population of Pakistan comprises youths. Our youths are hard working , talented and intelligent and equipping themselves with modern techniques and vocational training.

Pakistan has been set on the road to development and prosperity. Inflation ratio has declined. Policy rate has been reduced from 22 percent to 12 percent.

He said Allah Almighty has bestowed upon Pakistan very valuable natural resources. Best opportunities are there to embark on joint projects in mineral and mining sectors.
