Lahore: Chief Justice (CJ) Lahore High Court (LHC) Aalia Neelum while expressing annoyance over DIG investigation in the matter of alleged abduction of a woman from area of Kahna has taken the record into her custody.

The petition filed by Hamidan Bibi in connection with alleged kidnapping case of a woman from Kahn came up for hearing before CJ LHC Aalia Neelum Thursday.

The CJ LHC remarked during the hearing of the case as to why the parents have not got recorded the entry of the children in NADRA. Had there been record of children available in NADRA then they would have been traced out from some where.

Why the parents don't fulfill their responsibilities.

DIG Investigation Zeeshan Raza informed the court we have sent teams to the areas of Rahim Yar Khan and Rajan Pur. We have investigated the case from the angle of human trafficking.

The court inquired is your team still investigating.

DIG told the court teams are still there in three different areas. We inquired from the police officers again who had responded earlier.

The court inquired how much time is needed for your team which has gone to Jamshoro. Can it not be so that no one in the world has seen this lady.

DIG said we saw a tik tok account where the picture of this woman was pasted. This was account of a constable who had uploaded this picture therein as fun .

The court inquired this account was made when and this picture was uploaded thereon when. If he is police man then the method of investigation from him will be different. I asked only that this tik tok account was developed when. You told six months before. A police officer uploaded the picture of a girl on tik tok how.

The court further inquired how this picture was available on social media. is record of you people not safe. Is the sensitive record in the access of every one. You make fun of women and then use the record. You are tracing in general public. You may see towards your side too some time.

The CJ LHC while expressing resentment said " hand over the file of the entire case to me. I will first see the entire case file and then I will give date.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period.
