General election to take place in 2022: Manzoor Wassan predicts

KARACHI: Sindh Agriculture minister Manzoor Wasaan has predicted general elections will take place in 2922.

“Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan will not hold Local Bodies (LB) polls in Punjab and he will announce to hold general election in 2022 on some pretext. All political parties should make preparations because he is foreseeing general elections in the month of October next year”, Wassan said this in a statement issued here Thursday.

He further predicted that Shah Mehmood Qureshi is trying to form another party but he can not form and if he could not succeed in forming his party then he would switch over to some other party. On the other hand Jahangir Tareen, Aleem Khan and other associates have already rebelled from party. More party dissidents will come to public next year.

He said the accountability process has started and no one can escape it. At present opposition members are being arrested and in 2022 the ruling party members will be arrested.

He indicated that whoever forms the government next year, Imran Khan associates will join him.

This is political history of Pakistan that beneficiaries have always deceived the benefactor, he added.

The time of victory has gone away now, Pitch is ready and it is time for Imran Khan to lose. How will he win when he cannot play. His downfall has started, he predicted.
