Islamabad: Review appeal regarding interpretation of article 63 A was heard in the Supreme Court (SC).A larger bench of SC headed over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa took up the case for hearing.CJP remarked at the inception of hearing Justice Munib Akhtar was requested to join the bench but he maintained his old stance.The CJP remarked every one knows at present what is happening in SC. Nothing is going in behind the closed door in SC.PPP counsel Farooq H Naik said we have appeared voluntarily. Our roll be also got signed.At the inception of hearing advocate Ali Zafar requested he wants to raise objections over bench.The CJP remarked you should return to your seat. We will hear you later.After hearing Shahzad Shaukat, Barrister Ali Zafar and Farooq H Naek, the chief justice remarked that the court would hear the remaining lawyers tomorrow and adjourned the hearing.
