Sargodha: Sargodha court has issued arrest warrants of 51 accused including PTI leader and opposition leader in Punjab Assembly (PA) Malik Ahmad Khan Bhachar .

Cases of ransacking, rioting and siege and arson occurred in Mianwali on May 9 came up for hearing in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Sargodha.

However no accused has appeared so far in the court in this case.

The court issued arrest warrants of PTI leader Ahmad Khan Bhachar, Bilal Ejaz, Ahmad Chatha and other accused.

Proceeding for declaring Omar Ayub proclaimed offender for not appearing in the court despite being summoned repeatedly by court was also started.

The court while adjourning hearing till July 29 issued summons. The court while hearing 4 cases related to May 9 incident recorded evidence.

It is pertinent to mention here 57 persons were nominated and case was registered against 150 unknown accused persons in connection with rioting in judicial complex Mianwali on May 9.
