Lahore: Information minister Punjab Uzma Bukhari has said assistance cannot be provided to flood affectees through Benazir Income Support Program (BISP).

" How can the assistance be provided to those who are not registered with BISP". she said this while addressing a press conference here Tuesday.

People have not been fully rehabilitated in Sindh despite assistance. Sindh or Karachi are in what condition.
