Rawalpindi: The bail plea of the accused in murder case of digital designer Hina Javed has been admitted for hearing.

Additional district and sessions judge Nasir Ahmad heard the bail plea.

The court while admitting the bail plea for hearing issued notice to victim's party party and SHO.

The court adjourned for hearing bail plea of the accused Zeeshan Arshid arrested in digital designer Hina Javed murder case till September 19.

It is pertinent to mention here the court expressed resentment over filing of 2 separate bail pleas by two lawyers in respect of the accused.

The court inquired how biometric verification of 2 separate power of attorney of one accused was made from Adiala jail. How the accused allowed two separate lawyers from jail for filing bail pleas.

The court sought reply from Adiala jail authorities in this regard.

Both the counsels Hamza Abbasi and Junaid Hassan who were nominated by the accused Zeeshan Arshid in Hina Javed murder case were present in the court with their power of attorney.

Both the counsels were holding bio metric verification from jail and power of attorney signed by the accused.

Upon it the court issued notice to superintendent Adiala Jail and sought report.
