Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has extended bail before arrest plea of PTI MNA Zartaj Gul in November 26 protest case besides approving bail before arrest plea of PTI leader Raja Basharat.

Bail before arrest plea in respect of Zartaj Gul came up for hearing before Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC Islamabad Friday.

Zartaj Gul appeared in the court along with her counsel Amna Ali advocate.

The court while extending bail before arrest plea issued orders for not arresting PTI MNA till May 5.

Counsels for Zartaj Gul will give arguments on bail plea during next hearing of the case.

Case against Zartaj Gul is registered in police station Kohsar under terrorism clauses.

PTI leader Raja Bashart resorted to Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad in connection with bail before arrest in 4 cases.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC Islamabad took up bail applications for hearing Friday.

The court approved bail before arrest plea of Basharat Raja till May 5 against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 5000 each.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra directed to join investigation before the next hearing of the case.

Raja Basharat appeared in the court along with his counsels.

Cases against Raja Basharat are registered in police stations Aabpara, Kohsar and Secretariat.
