Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has provided copies of challan to Aleema Khanum sister of PTI founder who is nominated in November 26 protest case registered in police station Sadiq Abad against her.

The court has adjourned the hearing of the case till October 8 in connection with her indictment.

Aleema Khanum appeared in the court with her counsel Faisal Malik in connection with the case registered in police station Sadiq Abad on Wednesday.

The court provided copies of challan of the case to the accused besides fixing October 8 for her indictment. The accused will be indicted on next hearing.

Aleema Khanum is charged with inciting workers to violent protest, siege and arson and interfering in the affairs of government.

On the other side the court allowed accused nominated in 11 cases of May 9 incident to go after marking their attendance.

Hearing of 11 cases related to May 9 violence was adjourned till October 15.
