Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has given time to the counsel of petitioner for preparation in the case of revocation of bail of accused persons in May 9 incidents.
The court has already clubbed all the cases related to May 9 and adjourned the hearing after Eid.
The appeal pleas regarding cancellation of bail of the accused involved in May 9 incident came up for hearing before a 3-member bench of SC presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi Tuesday.
Court conducted short hearing.
Advocate Zulfiqar Naqvi appeared in the court on behalf of Punjab prosecution .
The SC while giving time to counsel for petitioner adjourned the hearing after Eid.
