Rawalpindi: Civil judge judicial magistrate Neelam Basharat has granted bail to the accused in the case of extorting money from the traders by impersonating him as assistant commissioner.The accused Hasnain Masood filed his bail plea in the court through his counsel Syed Taqi Shah Kazmi.The counsel for the accused took the plea in the court prosecution story is extremely suspicious. Police neither traced and arrested the other members of gang nor it took into possession Vigo Dala . The alleged recovered money of fine has been shown far less as Rs 15000. While in receipt book the receipt of every fine is more than this money which does not match with receipt book. Therefore the matter of my client needs more investigation.The court while agreeing with the arguments of the counsel of the accused ordered to release him on bail.
