Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has issued arrest warrants of former Prime Minister (PM) AJK Sardar Tanvir Ilyas.

Judicial magistrate Ahmad Shahzad Gondal heard the petition on Monday.

The exemption plea was filed by Sardar Tanvir Ilyas which was rejected by the court.

The court issued arrest warrants of Sardar Tanvir Ilyas.

The court while issuing the orders for presenting Sardar Tanvir Ilyas adjourned the hearing of the case till November 24.

It is pertinent to mention here FIA has registered case against Sardar Tanvir Ilyas.
