RAWALPINDI: Judge Malik Ijaz Asif of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has rejected interim bail plea of Bushra Bibi in May 9 cases being withdrawn.The court has ordered to complete the inquiry of M ay 9 cases within 7 days.The hearing of May 9 cases in Adiala Jail has been adjourned till August 22.Sheikh Rashid, Shibli Faraz, Ghulam Sarwar Khan, Sadaqat Abbasi, Shireen Mazari, Azam Swati and others appeared in the court.The roll of over 500 accused of May 9 incident was signed.The founder of PTI Imran Khan was presented in the courtMuhammad Faisal Malik along with legal team appeared in the court on behalf of PTI founder, Bushra Bibi and other accused.Bushra Bibi interm bail plea in 12 cases of May 9 incident was also heard.The court dismissed interim bail plea of Bushra Bibi.The court ordered that investigation into May 9 cases be completed within 7 days.The court remarked when the accused is arrested in so many cases then investigation is must.The counsel for Bushra Bibi withdrew the inter im bail plea.
