Court returns with objections petition filed by Sheikh Rashid against 13 cases related to May 9 incident

Rawalpindi: A division bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench comprising justice Sadaqat Ali Khan and Justice Muhammad Wahid Khan has returned the petition filed by former federal minister Sheikh Rashid against 13 cases related to May 9 incident including GHQ attack case with raising objections over it.

The court directed the petitioner to remove the objections raised over it first.

During preliminary hearing of the petition the court maintained Wednesday office objections be removed and petition be filed again.

The petitioner was present in the court along with his counsel.

The petition said mention of conspiracy has been made in police investigations. If the conspiracy is one then 13 cases cannot be registered separately. While I have been included in every case. There are 13 cases of a conspiracy and hearing of 13 cases is being held separately. While there should be one case of one conspiracy and there should be one hearing of one case.

The court returned the petition with objections ordering to file the petition again after removing the objections.
